It's the little things...

It truly is the little things that make the biggest difference in life. If you keep working hard on day-to-day projects, remain motivated, and hold your head high - big things will happen.

Hit.. after hit.. after hit. That pretty much sums up my week in a nutshell! I had a pretty productive week, if I may say so myself. Ever since my two pretty big hits with Dr.Krane's a month and a half ago or so, I haven't had any other ones until this week. The work I put into organizing the many TAHU kits I sent out a couple weeks ago are finally paying off. It's always important to follow-up with the contacts in some way, and I made sure to remind them of the kit and, if anything, to always keep us in mind as resources. And a couple weeks later - bam. I set up three interviews this week with the TAHU board - first with the Austin Statesmen, then, Amarillo News, and finally El Paso Times. Although, today, I did get a call from a tv station in Waco that I am currently arranging.

Even though this week has been busy and stressful with school and work, it definitely was productive - three hits for TAHU (and one in the making), finally finished a feature article and press release with UHC (now that I received the needed info), and, as I just found out, got an A on my exam I took this morning. Yep - good week! Oh - and presented my FINAL group project of the semester!

If it's one thing to learn from life, learn this: little things you do today - they'll pay off tomorrow. Keep at it.
